I just finished The Girls who Went Away (read it. its awesome.) and I'm about to start Stone Butch Blues. I also read Butch is a Noun last week (read it. there's love stories!) and made Greg read a chapter because it was full of love stories. He didn't enjoy it, but relationships are supposed to be full of pain and misery.
Previous events:
went to the 'Students for Human Life (but against sex, women, honesty, and respecting other cultures)' Pro-Choice vs Pro-Life debate. Dr Abortion Provider rocked my world, and me and the other UPCC girls in attendance cheered and applauded his segments. Miss I Don't Advocate the use of Oral Contraception because it's an Abortificant was obviously incredibly dumb.
also of note, the Students for Human Life but against Human Decency invited the good Dr under the pretense that UPCC was co-hosting the event, which was a lie. furthermore, they promised the good Dr they would not show ANY graphic images or videos. Doc said he wouldn't come if they did, because those are the kinds of videos that make Pro-Life crazies send him and his family death threats. despite promising to respect his safety, they showed a video of a very late term abortion. lovin those christian values.
