at the April Trans Commission meeting. I heard about what they're up to and picked up some tips about how to publicize their events through Hillel, WSAC, and the Afro Dept.
Then there was a discussion about organizing around LGBTQ issues in religious communities. It was interesting hearing everyone's story about how they've carved space for faith and spirituality in their lives, and how their churches/unitarian hang outs/temples have carved space for them and other people of diverse backgrounds.
now i'm off to geology (gross).
