Office Ghosts

1.Char, my boss, saw that we received a new application for the Swahili teaching position

2.Like always, she printed one copy off on her printer

3.Like always, I took the original copy and made three copies on the copy machine

4.I picked the original and the three copies up off of the machine, turned around and set them on the counter

5.I turned back around to turn off the machine and saw there was a sheet of paper in the incoming fax tray-totally separate from the copy trays

6.The sheet of paper was the first page of the application

7.Its not physically possible anyone else could have ever held, seen, or known of the application until Char printed it out

8.Its not physically possible I sent a copy somehow through the fax part

9.No one else was in the office at the time

10.Magic inexplicable fifth first page must have been mischievously placed in the fax tray by office ghosts

I really like it when things that can’t have happened happen. Its exciting.
